Fue durante una ronda extraordinaria
de cara a la cumbre mundial que tendrá lugar en París a fines de año.
Negociadores de 196 países han concluido esta tarde en Bonn, Alemania,
la ronda extraordinaria de negociaciones climáticas de Naciones Unidas y
han dado luz verde a la elaboración de un borrador de texto para alcanzar
un pacto global de lucha contra el cambio climático en París a finales de
año.
Los países han acordado que, con lo hablado esta semana sobre el texto
del futuro tratado para hacer frente al cambio climático, los dos líderes
actuales de las negociaciones, el argelí Ahmed Djoghlaf y el estadounidense
Daniel Reifsnyder, presenten un borrador definitivo de acuerdo la primera
semana de octubre.
De esta manera, todos los países tendrán posibilidad de estudiarlo
antes de la última ronda de la negociación previa a la cumbre, que se
celebrará en Bonn del 19 al 23 de octubre.
A pesar de que las negociaciones avanzan con lentitud, los países son
positivos respecto a la posibilidad de alcanzar al fin el pacto climático
que no pudo lograrse en la Cumbre de Copenhague, en 2009.

TOWARDS PROPOSAL OF GLOBAL

It was
during an extraordinary negotiating round towards the world Summit in Paris
by the end of the year.
Negotiators
of 196 countries have ended in Bonn, Germany the United Nations’ extraordinary
climate negotiation round and gave the green light to the draft of a text
towards a global pact to fight the climate change in Paris by the end of
this year.
The
countries agreed that, with what it was discussed this week about the text
of a future treaty to face the climate change, the present two leaders of
the negotiation, the Argelian Ahmed Djoghlaf and the American Daniel
Reifsnyder, present a final draft on the agreement the first week of October.
In this way,
all countries will hve the chance to study it before the last previous negotiation
round before the Summit that will
take place October 19-23, 2015.
Even if the negotiations
advance quite slowly, the countries are positive respect of the possibility
to achieve at last the climate pact that could not be accomplished in the
Copenhagen Summit in 2009.
