EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA EN EDIFICIOS - OBLIGATORIA!

OBLIGACIÓN DE VALIDACIÓN ENERGÉTICA DE EDIFICIOS. - Curso online de certificación energética de

La
Directiva Europea 2002/91/CE obliga a que los edificios puestos en venta o
en alquiler dispongan de un Certificado de Eficiencia Energética.
En España se dio comienzo con las actividades tendientes a cumplimentar esa
Directiva con el proyecto del Real Decreto de Certificación de Eficiencia
Energética de Edificios Existentes que fija que, a partir del 1 de enero de 2013, será obligatorio
el mencionado certificado para los edificios puestos en venta o en alquiler.
La calificación energética de un edificio existente, una vez se
realice la transposición de la Directiva 2010/31/UE, se debe realizar
mediante la utilización de un programa informático que tenga la consideración
de documento reconocido.
Mediante concurso público abierto, el Consejo de Administración del IDEA (Instituto
para la Diversificacion y Ahorro de la Energía) aprobó la adjudicación de la
contratación de servicios para la elaboración de dos procedimientos simplificados
de calificación energética de edificios existentes, denominados CE3 y
CE3X,
En la actualidad, ambos procedimientos, han superado los test de
validación y son programas reconocidos por el Ministerio de
Industria, Energía y Turismo y de Fomento para la certificación energética
para edificios existentes.
El presente curso a realizarse en el Campus Virtual del Instituto Superior del Medio Ambiente
(ISM) proporciona los conocimientos adecuados para
comprender el alcance del proyecto del RD de CEE de edificios existentes así como
para manejar las herramientas informáticas de la opción simplificada.

Eidtorial: La validación energética de edificios no es ciencia ficción. La Unión Europea está avanzando fuertemente en el tema del ahorro energético en los edificios y su certificación con vistas a hacerla pública y generalizada en el corto plazo. Desde hace ya tiempo las citas en Internet acerca de edificios inteligentes y la medición de la eficiencia en las construcciones son muy numerosas, indicando una orientación que tiende a hacerse rápidamente global.

The
European Directive 2002/91/CE requires that buildings put up for sale or
rent have an Energy Efficiency Certificate.
In Spain activities beginning compliance of the European Directive begun with
the Royal Decree of Certification of Energy Efficiency of Existing Buildings that
started January 1, 2013, making such certifícate mandatory for buildings put up
for sale or rent.
The energy certification of an existing building, once Directive 2010/31/UE is
transposed, must be made through the use of an informatic program that takes
into consideration a recognized document.
Through an open tender the IDAE’s Administration (Institute
for the Diversification and Saving of Energy) approved a service contract for
the Development of two simplified procedures for energy qualification of
existing buildings called CE3 and CE3X.
Presently, both procedures have passed the validation tests and are programs recognized
by Spains’s Ministry of Industry, Energy
and Tourism Promotion for the certification of existing buildings
This
course to be conducted in the Virtual Campus of the Environmental Higher
Institute (ISM) gives the adequate
knowledge to understand the scope of the RD Project (CEE) for existing
buildings and for the management of the informatic tolos for the simplified
options.

The energy validation of buildings is not science fiction. The European Union
is decidedly going ahead with the subject of energy savings in buildings and
its certification decided to to make it public and generalized in the short
term. Since quite some time ago, Internet brings innumerable mentions of
intelligent buildings and the measurement of energy efficiency in buildings new
and old, pointing out to make itself rapidly global.
