El proyecto lo ejecuta la Sociedad Española de Agricultura Ecológica con financiación del Fondo Social Europeo (FSE) y el apoyo del Programa Emplea Verde de la Fundación Biodiversidad.
El dossier Agroindustria ecológica en España, ha sido desarrollado dentro del Proyecto "Eco-eLabora: formación para la industria agroalimentaria", dentro de la campaña "Elaboración ecológica: una elección sana y rentable". El dossier contiene, entre otras, informaciones sobre la situación actual de la industria agroalimentaria ecológica, las principales diferencias entre la industria agroalimentaria ecológica y convencional así como los pasos necesarios para la conversión y las ventajas y beneficios (ambientales, sociales y económicos) que tiene esta actividad para el operador del sector (agricultor, elaborador y comercializador). El proyecto “Eco‐eLabora: Formación para la Industria Agroalimentaria Ecológica” ofrece formación, asesoramiento e intercambio de conocimientos entre operadores de la industria agroalimentaria ecológica y convencional. The Project is carried on by the Sociedad Española de Agricultura Ecológica (Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture) financed by the Fondo Social Europeo (Social European Fund - FSE) with the support of the Employ Green of the Biodiversity Foundation.
The dossier Agroindustria ecológica en España (Organic Agroindustry in Spain), has been developed within the “Project Eco-eLabora: training for the agrifood industry”, within the campaign “Organic production: a healthy and profitable election”. The dossier contains, among other things, information on the current organic agrifood industry, the main differences between the organic and the convencional agroindustry, as well as the necessary steps for conversión and the environmental, social and economic advantages and benefits of this activity for the operating sectors, farmer, manufacturer and handler. The Eco‐eLabora Project offers training, counselling and exchange of kow-how among the operators of the organic and convencional agrifood industry.
